When you submit an excavator inquiry we collect first name, last name, company, country or site region, business email, phone (optional), equipment class, project type and the free-text requirements you provide. Server logs may also record IP address, browser type and pages visited for security and performance.
We use inquiry data to respond to quotation requests, schedule IoT or hybrid demos, route parts and service questions to regional hubs, and improve excavator specification content. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
We may share inquiry details with authorized distributors and field-service partners solely to fulfill your request. Processors that host email or CRM systems act under confidentiality and data-processing terms.
Inquiry records are retained for as long as needed to complete the sales or service interaction and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
We apply access controls and encrypted transport for form submissions. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; please avoid sending passwords or payment card numbers through inquiry forms.
